Repair inquiries
When you call or text Floyd, you choose the contact and appliance details to share. That information is used to discuss and arrange your repair request. For an initial inquiry, share the appliance type, symptoms, any error code, and your neighborhood, plus the brand and model if available. Floyd will ask for your first and last name and service address when arranging a visit. Avoid including financial information or other sensitive details in a text.
Website measurements
On journeysrepair.com, the site uses Google’s existing measurement tag to understand website visits and clicks on the call and text links. Contact-click events identify the contact method and page; they do not contain your text message or call content. Google may use cookies or similar technologies. Photographs
The appliance artwork is an illustration. Photographs of customer repairs will be used only with permission and prepared to avoid revealing customer location information.
